ISO 45001 occupational health and safety software
Recording a safety risk is only the beginning. QMOS helps follow hazard assessments, control activities and lessons from incidents through records with clear ownership.
Assess hazards using your method
Evaluate hazards against your organisation’s chosen criteria. Versioned assessment methods show which scoring rules supported earlier evaluations when the method changes later.
Learn from events and workers
Review incident and near-miss records and link necessary improvements to corrective actions. Contractor records and worker participation have dedicated areas in the safety module.
- Incident and near-miss follow-up
- Contractor management records
- Worker participation evidence
Keep safety decisions with competent people
Software cannot remove a workplace hazard. Competent, authorised people assess controls, applicable duties and residual risk acceptance; QMOS records their decisions and reasons.
QMOS supports records and workflows; it is neither an ISO certificate nor a certification guarantee. In-app approvals are not qualified electronic signatures. The ISO 13485 module is in pilot; authorised people remain responsible for regulatory, conformity and release decisions.
Frequently asked questions
Why record a near miss?
It helps identify a system weakness before harm occurs and provides a basis for deciding whether corrective action is needed.
Does a low score mean work is automatically safe?
No. A score is an assessment aid; control adequacy and actual working conditions still require a competent decision.
